CA COVID-19 Rent Relief Program Virtual Town Hall*

Do you need help with unpaid rent or utilities?
Do you need help paying upcoming rent or utilities?
What protections do tenants affected by COVID-19 have from evictions?

The State of California recently increased funding for income-eligible renters and their landlords who have been impacted by COVID-19 to cover 100% of unpaid and future rent or utilities. This increase will help recoup landlord losses and keep tenants housed. California's critical eviction protections have also been extended for renters impacted by COVID-19, through September 30, 2021.

On Tuesday, August 17 at 5 p.m., my office is partnering with the CA Department of Housing & Community Development and Bet Tzedek Legal Services to host an important virtual town hall to learn more about the program, who is eligible, and how to apply for the financial assistance.

I hope you will join us at this free virtual town hall.

Tuesday, August 17
5 to 6:15 p.m.

If you have questions or if my office can help you in any way, please contact my district office at (310) 450-0041.
