The Hollywood Family Resource Fair will be an opportunity to meet with representatives from the State, County, City and nonprofit organizations and learn about valuable programs and services for your family.

For a fourth year in a row, Assemblymember Richard Bloom is partnering with local groups* to bring you this FREE event with activities for the whole family to enjoy:

  • A youth fitness challenge obstacle course presented by America's Healthy Kids
  • Pink’s Hot Dogs, a Hollywood landmark since 1939, will be serving up their delicious dogs
  • FREE backpacks and school supplies  to ensure children are prepared for the upcoming school year**

We look forward to meeting each of you and hearing any thoughts or concerns you have on issues facing our state and local community.

Senior Scam Stopper - Sept. 19Assemblymember Richard Bloom, and the Contractors State License Board, invites you to attend a Senior Scam Stopper Seminar. Come learn how to protect yourself from fraud. Discuss state legislation relating to scams concerning home improvement, auto repair, insurance, telemarketing, real estate, and more. A panel of experts will provide information to seniors about scams and how they can protect themselves from becoming victims.
