Assembly Majority Leader Emerita Reyes Presents $3.2 Million Check to the City of Rancho Cucamonga

(RANCHO CUCAMONGA)— Today, Assembly Majority Leader Emerita Eloise Gómez Reyes presented a $3.2 million check to the City of Rancho Cucamonga for the construction of their 9/11 Memorial Park. The check represented state funding, obtained by Reyes, in this year’s state budget. Rancho Cucamonga City Council, as well as staff from the city and fire district, joined Reyes for the event.

Assembly Majority Leader Emeritus Reyes Brings Annual Fall Tradition of Pop-up Pumpkin Patch across the District

San Bernardino, CA) – Over the past week, Majority Leader Emeritus Eloise Gómez Reyes (D-Colton) brought the 7th Annual Pop-Up Pumpkin Patches to elementary schools throughout the 50th State Assembly District. She celebrated the fall season with each school’s students by distributing pumpkins to our Transitional (T-K), Pre-Kindergarten (Pre-K) and Kindergarten students. 

The Museum of Redlands Celebrates $2 Million in State Funding Obtained by Assemblymember Reyes

The Redlands Historical Museum Association, along with the City of Redlands, gathered to celebrate $2 million in state funding for the completion of the construction of the Museum of Redlands (MOR), thanks to the advocacy of Assemblymember Eloise Gómez Reyes. The funding was allocated to the City of Redlands as a part of the 2023 California State Budget. 

2023 Legislative and Budget Wins Announced by Asm. Majority Leader Emeritus Reyes

Today Majority Leader Emeritus Eloise Gómez Reyes (D-Colton) announced that Governor Gavin Newsom signed into law eight bills that she introduced this legislative session.

“The bills I authored this year were introduced with the needs of our community front and center,” said Reyes. “From supporting our small businesses, to cleaning our air and supporting local youth, veterans, and seniors, I am proud of the work we accomplished this year.”
