Legislation Introduced to Prevent Dating Violence on College Campuses

Sacramento –Assemblymember Eloise Gómez Reyes (D-San Bernardino) introduced AB 381 which requires college campuses to provide orientation and outreach education relating to intimate partner violence.  AB 381 requires that colleges provide sexual assault and dating violence prevention training and resources to students during orientation.

Sacramento –Yesterday, Assemblymember Eloise Gómez Reyes (D- San Bernardino) introduced Assembly Bill 307 which would establish the Youth Experiencing Homelessness Grant Program to provide grants to non-profits or continuum of care administrative entities to provide services for youth experiencing homelessness.

Second Young Legislators Class under Assemblymember Reyes Graduates, Cements Inland Empire Youth Activism Program

San Bernardino – During Assemblymember Reyes’ first Legislative term, 59 students who reside throughout the 47th Assembly District have completed and graduated from her Young Legislators Program.
