Assembly District 50 is home to many talented artists, and we want to showcase the rich history of our cities through your artwork. From community landmarks to cultural traditions, our district is filled with diverse stories waiting to be told through art.
Assemblymember Robert Garcia invites you to submit your artwork for a chance to be featured at our new district office!
Submission Guidelines:
- Artwork must be original (no copies or reproductions).
- Only flat artwork will be accepted (no sculptures).
- The piece must showcase the history of your city in AD 50—Bloomington, Colton, Fontana, Loma Linda, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Redlands, Rialto, San Bernardino.
- Student/class work or previously showcased gallery pieces will not be accepted.
- Canvases without frames must have gallery-wrapped edges (no staples showing) and be fully painted.
- Wet media must be completely dry before submission.
- All artwork must be ready to hang with a secure wire (coated wire preferred). Frames must be in good condition—no saw-tooth hangers, quick frames, or screw eyes.
- Artists are responsible for arranging shipping for sold pieces.
- Fragile or oversized pieces may require special arrangements.

Each submission must have the following information affixed to the back or bottom:
- Artist’s Name
- Title of the Piece
- Image of Piece
- Contact Information
Submission Deadline: Friday, March 7, 2025 at 5 p.m.
Eligibility: Open to all residents in cities that are part of Assembly District 50.
Save the Date: Selected artists will be notified and must be able to transport artwork within five days of notification.
