Many communities are suffering due to COVID-19. We know that these are trying times, and we are here to help and provide information on benefits that are available.
Unemployment benefit claims have reached levels not seen since the Great Depression. This issue has caused uncertainty and a slowing of benefit payout to workers.
Nonprofits in the Inland Empire provide essential services to our communities. How are they dealing with COVID-19? What financial assistance is available? What is the public policy response?
Small businesses are suffering because of COVID-19. How are owners and employees coping? What’s available? How do they apply?
COVID-19 has affected everyone in our community in many ways, including our mental and physical health. Because of this, my office has organized a teleconference town hall that I encourage you to participate in to discuss this important topic.
