Assemblymember Eloise Gómez Reyes is hosting The Bridge: Interfaith Town Hall on Friday, August 14th. This year’s Bridge event will be held virtually with the purpose to explore how faith based leaders are responding to address the needs of the community during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This free town hall will be held on ZOOM and will feature a diverse panel of faith leaders in our community. The goal is to support the role religious and secular organizations play in policy development and social action.
“Being civically engaged means getting out and getting active, but it also means discussing important issues and how to solve them. This virtual town hall brings together the faith-based communities and public policy professionals with our community to do just that, ” said Assemblymember Reyes.
If you have any questions or need additional information, please reach out to my District Representative, Prince Ogidikpe at (909)381-3238 or via email at Prince.Ogidikpe@asm.ca.gov.
