My office is committed to helping combat food insecurity, especially during COVID-19. In order to help Californians, the Governor and Legislature have expanded CalFresh and other programs that impact the lives of many in our community. Through this commitment, I am sharing with you a no-cost food distribution event held in Bloomington.
All social distancing measures and COVID precautions will be taken. Face masks are mandatory. 750 boxes of food will be available for families in a contactless drive-thru. Additionally, COVID-19 vaccines will be available on site.
