(Sacramento) – Assemblymember Eloise Gómez Reyes (D–San Bernardino) wrote the resolution proclaiming the second week of March as Interfaith Awareness Week. House Resolution 85 celebrates individuals from all faiths who have supported and enhanced their communities across California. “I encourage, during this week, that we all take opportunities to learn more about other faiths and perspectives,” Assemblymember Reyes said, “as this could not only lead to a greater understanding of the truths of others, but our own as well.” Watch her full remarks in this Assembly Access video.
